JackieThompson, Senior Associate, Keystone Associates, specializes in coaching professionals who are considering a job change or going through a career transition. She has a strong track record in developing and delivering customized career development programs to professionals from diverse industries and organizations. Jackie has specific expertise in using various assessment tools to help individuals identify their preferences, functional skills, values and interests and to apply this information to the job search process.
Prior to joining Keystone, Jackie was the Vice President of Business Development for a statewide service provider and the Vice President of Sales for a pre-IPO company. She has over seventeen years of executive management experience including leading and building teams in the workplace.
Jackie holds a Master’s degree in Health Policy and Management from the Harvard School of Public Health and a Master’s degree in Community Health Education from the University of Wisconsin. She is a Master Certified Practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and has been a qualified administrator of the MBTI since 1985.
