Jayne Mattson is Senior Vice President of Keystone Associates, specializes in helping mid-to-senior level individuals in new career exploration, networking strategies and career decisions based on corporate culture fit. Jayne brings over 15 years of corporate experience at Millipore Corporate, a Fortune 500 Life Science Company and her private practice prior to joining Keystone Associates.
A strong believer of giving back, Jayne volunteers her time with HOBY, Hugh O’Brien Youth Leadership and LeadAmerica, who aim is to empower High School student leaders to give back to the community and develop self—confidence and professional leadership skills. Jayne is a frequent speaker and workshop facilitator on “Self Esteem Leadership and Self Confidence” topics.
Jayne also serves on the Advisory Board for Sustainable Life Solutions, an organization that provides educational programs, products and services to consumers and corporations on ways to improve energy conservation and efficiency. She holds a Masters Degree of Management from LeslieUniversity and a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources from NortheasternUniversity.
Jayne has spoken at conferences like Bryant University Women’s Summit and received an Innovation of the Year Award from the Council of Aging for the development of an employment program, Wisdom Works. Jayne is also a Certified Retirement Coach.
