Wendy Friend, Senior Consultant at Keystone Associates advises mid to senior level executives on all aspects of career development from a wide range of industries and fields. In addition to consulting, she delivers and facilitates interactive workshops both in-house and on-site at client companies.
For over 20 years, Wendy has coached professionals in career management and transition. She has particular strength in creating a customized approach and strategy to help clients explore new professional options and advance their careers while enhancing work/life balance.
Prior to Keystone, Wendy held director level positions for local private colleges and international staffing firms where she partnered closely with hiring managers in a variety of industries to develop effective recruitment and talent management placement strategies. In addition, she facilitated leadership-training seminars for large pharmaceutical and financial companies.
Wendy holds a Master of Education in Counseling from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree from University of Vermont and has completed the necessary coursework through The Coaches Training Institute toward certification in Career and Life Coaching.
