Phillip Petree
Consultant
Phillip Petree has extensive experience in the career management field.  Prior to joining Keystone Associates, Phillip spent several years as a search consultant with a Boston-based executive search firm and also managed a successful career coaching practice.  Before entering the career management arena, he spent a number of years in the non-profit world doing strategic planning and fundraising.  Phillip is committed to working with candidates to help each identify passions, strengths and values so they can pursue work that will be most meaningful to them.

In addition to his work at Keystone Associates, Phillip is an active member of his community as well as a member of the New England chapter of the International Coaching Federation, Toastmasters International and serves on the board of El Hogar, an orphanage in Honduras.  Phillip holds two Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Tennessee and is pursuing his Master’s degree at Boston College.
