Jay Hargis

For Keystone Associates' program participants and clients, Jay Hargis uses his 15+ years experience in employee development and career management to provide outstanding career consulting services to a wide range of industries and employee levels.  Jay draws upon his practical client services experience and background in learning and development to provide insights and practical tools that will allow job seekers to meet the demanding challenges of today's competitive marketplace.

Prior to joining Keystone Associates, Jay worked with several global companies including BrassRing, General Electric, Time Warner, Liberty Mutual and ExxonMobil.  In his role as BrassRing's Director of Client Services, he led revenue growth of 250 percent and improved overall client satisfaction through strategic account management and consulting services.

Jay holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the W.A. Franke College of Business at Northern Arizona University.  Jay is an Adjunct Professor of Human Resources at Suffolk University and a Professor of Management at Cambridge College.  He is a member of the Bay State Executive Alliance, the Smaller Business Association of New England, and the Northeast Human Resources Association.
