Marcy Tannenbaum-Fox

Marcy Tannenbaum-Fox has extensive experience working with senior executives and managers in handling the full spectrum of career lifecycle events, including: searching for new employment, career shifting and retirement planning.  For the past 25 years, she has focused on empowering clients to find the clarity necessary in making informed career decisions and creating winning strategies to achieve the desired results.

Prior to joining Keystone Associates, Marcy worked with career management consulting firms in the Boston area where she coached and trained professionals from a wide array of industries, including high tech, financial services, pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare and retail.  Her experience includes roles in business development, management, recruitment and placement.  She has facilitated stress management and change management seminars at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and served as a faculty member and career counselor at the Massachusetts General Hospital School of Nursing.

Marcy earned her M.Ed in Counseling Psychology from Boston University, and a double Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Performing Arts from the American University.  She is a member of the Northeast Human Resources Association and the Association of Career Professionals International.
