Sherry Dutra, Consultant, Keystone Associates, provides career coaching and training to all levels of corporate clients on issues regarding career management and transition. Sherry’s expertise has been garnered from over 20 years of human resources experience in Fortune 500 companies. She has worked in multiple facets of human resources management and is particularly adept in the areas of leadership development, executive coaching, career management and transition, and project/program management. Before joining Keystone Associates, Sherry was the Program Manager – Human Resources Leadership Development Program for a Massachusetts-based high technology company where she provided strategic and operational direction for a state-of-the-art leadership development program. Her industry background spans commercial and defense high-tech electronics, retail, financial services, consulting and healthcare. She has worked with clients from a variety of industries including financial services, banking, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, insurance, manufacturing and telecommunications.
Sherry holds an MBA specializing in Human Resources Management from RivierCollege and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development from BostonCollege. She holds certifications from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) as a Corporate and Life Coach, an Energy Leadership Index – Master Practitioner and an iPEC Coach Training Program Faculty Member. Additionally, she is a Certified Retirement Coach through Retirement Options, a Book Yourself Solid small business coach through MichaelPort and Associates and holds a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. Sherry is an active member of the International Coach Federation and has served on the board of directors of the local New England Chapter.
