Sherry Dutra

Sherry Dutra is an accomplished professional whose expertise has been garnered from over 20 years of human resources experience in Fortune 500 companies.  Sherry has worked in multiple facets of human resources management and is particularly adept in the areas of leadership development, executive coaching, career management and transition, and project/program management.  Before joining Keystone Associates, Sherry was the Program Manager — Human Resources Leadership Development Program for a Massachusetts-based high technology company where she provided strategic and operational direction for a state-of-the-art leadership development program.

Sherry holds an MBA specializing in Human Resources Management from Rivier College and a Bachelor's degree in Human Development from Boston College.  She holds certifications from the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching (iPEC) as a Corporate and Life Coach, a Master Core Energy Coach and an iPEC Coach Trainer. Additionally, she is a Certified Retirement Coach through Retirement Options and holds a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
