Janet Hadley
Consultant
Janet Hadley is a Consultant with Keystone Associates, providing expert career consulting services to individuals and groups.  She has over 15 years experience in career management helping people in transition at multiple levels within organizations.  Her expertise has helped guide individuals from many industry segments including: biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, financial services, professional services, education, insurance, real estate, non-profit and manufacturing as they make career changes.

Prior to working at Keystone Associates, Janet founded an executive coaching and leadership training and development business.  She has experience leading a variety of areas in human resources and has produced tangible improvements in performance and results.

Janet holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the State University of New York at Geneseo, and has completed graduate work at Rochester Institute of Technology. She is a trained mediator and certified in the LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT® Suite and VOICES® 360 Feedback System through Lominger International. Janet is founding board member of the Penfield Chamber of Commerce, has served on the YWCA Advisory Board, and mediated for The Center for Dispute Settlement.
