Christine Hutchinson

Christine Hutchinson, Consultant, provides coaching and training for executives to individual contributors for Keystone Associates, and facilitates their live webinars training helping clients improve their professional market branding and increase their research capabilities. She provides a breadth of knowledge and experience in career management, training, and organizational consulting. She has helped organizations, executives, managers, and professionals with career and lifecycle transitions, improve communications, and manage change effectively. In addition to coaching and training, Christine has set up and managed career transition centers for Fortune 500 companies in the Boston and New York metropolitan areas.
Prior to Keystone, Christine was Director of Client Services for a national management consulting company, and Director of Training for an international training company. She was instrumental in helping major financial institutions, consumer products, pharmaceutical, and communication companies address and improve organizational and employee changes. Part of her expertise is in designing and customizing programs that address the “real issues.” These have included conflict resolution, negotiations, management and leadership development, team building, and change management programs. She has held management positions with outplacement and staffing firms; served as a faculty member and Director of Continuing Education for a two-year college in New York; and co-established a first-in-region wholesale/retail business.
Christine has held several volunteer roles in non-profit organizations including board member for an organization helping teens complete high school by providing a work mentoring program, co-founder of a career transition service for displaced employees, and counselor to emotionally challenged children at Cornell Medical Hospital. She holds a Master's degree in Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Business Education.
