David Denaro

David Denaro, Vice President and Boston site leader for Keystone Associates, advises executives, managers and individual contributors who are in career transition.
David has over 25 years of experience in career advising, staffing, and leadership development. He has successfully advised career changers, career continuers, and clients who decided to start their own consulting practices. He is certified to use the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and several Lominger leadership development tools when his clients are in the assessment phase of career transition work and draws on his corporate and agency recruiting background when they are in the interview preparation phase.
David joined Keystone Associates in 2008. Prior to Keystone, he coached and advised leaders, individuals, and teams as an HR Business Partner in financial services and technology firms from partnerships to very large global enterprises. He also worked for several years as an agency recruiter.
David holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts in Boston. He has been a regular volunteer coach in the Babson College Coaching for Leadership program.
