Technology. Technology continues to play an expanding role in re-employment and external job searches. At Keystone, every workspace contains a personal computer outfitted with a high-speed internet connection and current software releases. The Keystone website supplements our one-on-one consulting with a secured Candidates area featuring links to career advice and job search sites, the online Keystone JobSite and state-of-the-art databases for private and public company research. To assist individuals in learning how to get the most out of an interactive job search, Keystone offers weekly Technology Training sessions. Through Keystone Associates’ affiliation with Career Partners International, we offer access to the Online Career Center in some of our programs.
Location and Amenities. Keystone has three conveniently located offices – one in the heart of downtown Boston, one in the technology rich Route 128 area, and one in MetroWest. Each office features multiple work areas (both private and public), a career resource area, training/conference room and kitchen facilities.

In order to ensure the organization’s goals are being met, we assign a lead account manager from start to finish for each project. Each candidate works one-on-one with a professional career consultant. Working in partnership, they formulate a personal career plan designed to lead the candidate to success in a timely fashion while making sure they transition into a new opportunity that is right for them.
