	Our organization was directly affected by the tumbling economy and although we tried to slow expenses, we realized the need for further measures to better align ourselves with our new revenue projections.  As a new economy business, we had never before used outplacement consultants.  My Keystone account manager was outstanding!  She spent a lot of time with me walking through the process so I could approach my management team with recommendations and knowledge.  She met with our whole management team the next two days to help us plan our reduction and train our staff.  We had carefully selected our employees throughout our growth period and it was equally important to us to treat them with dignity upon their departures.  Our Keystone representative coached our human resources and management staffs on what to do before, during and after the notifications.  We were wowed by her knowledge and confidence and could not have done this without her!  You could tell she truly cared about our employees, our organization and the outcome of the project.  Partnering with Keystone was the single best thing we could have done for our employees.  You were an enormous help and the reason we were able to get through this process.
	Recently, Keystone provided a 2-day job search workshop for 24 people involved in a redeployment effort across our organization.  The training and materials were high quality and well received by participants. We started them off on the right foot with the skills and information they needed to conduct their job searches.  Your consultant, who facilitated the workshop, did a great job. She was seen as a credible and caring expert who knew her stuff.  She returned to meet with the people one-on-one last week and did equally fine work.  The timing for the follow-up was good.  As you know, the last few weeks have been very challenging and stressful.  It’s been hard for most people to focus 100% of their time on their job searches and concurrently perform project work which we required.  I was beginning to see signs that people were withdrawing and finding it hard to be optimistic about the future.  There was a noticeable difference after the one-on-ones.  Keystone’s consultant provided the right touch of warmth and advice to help motivate and reenergize the group at a time when it was needed most.  And, they have been eager to share their learnings with each other ever since.
	I don’t know how we would have managed without Keystone’s flexibility and “can do” attitude.  Our recent reduction was a 3-month project starting with an ever-changing timetable.  You were extremely responsive with everything, from our request for customized notifier training for four different divisions, to 15 Keystone representatives on-site in 7 different locations – which changed at the 11th hour.  Thank goodness Keystone was on-site.  All our managers and human resources representatives felt so much more comfortable knowing we had professionals on-hand who understand how difficult this is and can offer support to our people.
	While it’s difficult for people to find jobs in the tightening economy, because of Keystone, they have the resources, skills and support to do so.  You have been a big help to me in managing our reduction and I appreciate your combined efforts and services.
	Our company has given you some difficult candidates over the years but you have always met the challenge. No employee has ever come back to complain about the quality of your programs and, without exception, have felt they could not have made it without your sage guidance.
