Ralph is the former Chairman of the Nominating Committee of the Board of Directors at Direct Federal Credit Union, where he was also a board member. Ralph has served on the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees at the former Deaconess-Waltham Hospital.
Ralph received his MBA from the Boston University School of Management and a BA in History from Boston College. He has completed the Consumer Marketing Program at the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and the Advanced Leadership Program at the Center for Creative Leadership. He is also a certified executive coach by the Center for Executive Coaching.
Elaine brings more than 20 years’ experience consulting to organizations focused on resolving complex career management issues, including workforce planning, redeployment, and multisite restructurings. She has expertise in career consulting, coaching, and leadership development and has worked with executive management teams to improve organizational effectiveness. Elaine’s experience spans a broad range of industries and businesses, including Fortune 500 companies, start-up ventures, and not-for-profit organizations.
In her role as Managing Partner, Elaine spearheads all sales and marketing activities across Keystone Partners. She currently serves as treasurer of Career Partners International, LLC, after serving as Chairman of the Board.
A graduate of the Management Development Program at Boston University, Elaine holds an MEd from the University of Vermont and a BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth, where she also served on the Board of Trustees. She is a certified executive coach by the Center for Executive Coaching and MBTI certified.

Mary Fay Kattman
Mary Fay oversees all activities in the company’s accounting, finance, IT, administration, human resources and property management departments. She brings more than 20 years’ financial management experience to Keystone Partners and is integral to the leadership team.
Previously, Mary Fay co-founded Store to Door, where she served as CFO, Secretary and Treasurer and was instrumental in determining the strategic direction of the company. She was also involved in two other start-ups, both of which were successfully sold to large public companies.
She holds an MSF from Babson College and a BS in Accounting from the University of Vermont. She is also a CPA.
Mary Fay was a founding member of the Mobile Self Storage Association and served on the Board of Directors as Treasurer for four years. She is a member of the Treasurers Club of Boston.
With 19 years’ experience in management, training, and sales, Dave consults on employee transitions/outplacement and advises organizations on robust leadership development and executive coaching programs.
Dave hosts “The Hennessy Report” podcast – a free flowing conversation with leaders in Human Resources talking about the industry, themselves and their work. “The Hennessy Report” is produced by Keystone Partners in cooperation with NEHRA.
A member of NEHRA’s Board of Directors, Dave also serves as Chair, Board of Commissioners for the Reading Municipal Light Department, a municipal utility serving 29,000 customers in four towns north of Boston. He joined Keystone Partners with more than 20 years’ experience in management and human resources, with expertise in performance management, leadership development, career development, and compensation. Previously, Omar worked in the biotechnology, professional services, technology, and higher education sectors for organizations including Harvard University, Genzyme, and Cubist. He is SPHR certified and is fluent in Spanish.
Omar is an active member of NEHRA and HRLF, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts as well as its Board Nominating and Development Committee, and its Membership Committee. He holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern Graduate School of Business and a BS in Consumer Economics from Cornell University.
Brenda consults with organizations on corporate workplace, career management, and leadership development. Brenda has served as a career transition consultant and trainer, advising professionals at all levels to define career targets and up-level opportunities, and successfully achieve their career aspirations. Prior to Keystone, she spent 15 years in business development and marketing roles at publishing, advertising, and technology firms.

Stephanie oversees Keystone Associates’ business operations and is a member of the executive leadership team that sets the strategic direction and operational initiatives for the company.
Stephanie possesses deep expertise in strategic planning, program management, instructional design, and recruitment and staffing. She has a passion for working with individuals who are reassessing their careers and seeking new venues in which to apply their talents and interests. Stephanie has guided hundreds of professionals in their search for new and meaningful work.
Stephanie is a CPI Master Career Consultant and a recipient of CPI’s Above and Beyond Award for her contribution to the development of a world-class career technology portal. She is a frequent speaker and guest lecturer, and regular contributor to the media on issues pertaining to career transition and change.

Penny, VP and leader of Keystone Associates’ individual delivery practice, is a member of the Consulting Practice Leadership Team.
Penny has extensive experience in career management, human resources, and leadership development, including Polaroid Corporation, consulting to organizations on implementing organization-wide training, succession planning and talent management programs, and running a successful independent career consulting practice.
She has headed restructuring, redeployment, and retraining programs, including partnering with universities and state agencies on the design and delivery of a model biotechnology retraining program.
As a founding member of the Independent Career Counseling Consortium and co-founder of New England Institute for Career Development, Penny is a frequent speaker and guest lecturer, and a regular contributor to the media on career issues.

Mary K Cavanaugh
Mary is a senior career management consultant advising executives, managers, and professional contributors from a wide range of industries as they navigate their career transitions. Mary leads Boston’s career management consultants and Keystone’s client services team.
After a 20-year career in Human Resources with high tech, government contracting, and professional services industries – including science and biotech – Mary joined Keystone Associates to leverage her deep experience coaching clients in their career management strategy. Her expertise encompasses career development, performance management, recruiting and selection, and training.
A frequent presenter and panel member, Mary has discussed career management issues and innovations at MIT Sloan Boston Alumni Association, the CFA Society of Boston, and the Boston Securities Traders Association.
Mary received her BA from Boston College and is a CPI Master Career Transition Consultant and Certified New Horizons Coach.
Dave advises executives, managers, and individual contributors in career planning and transition as well as leading the Keystone consultants in the Burlington and Nashua offices.
Dave has successfully coached hundreds of clients who wanted to change careers or find a similar job, and those who have considered consulting. He uses a variety of assessment tools when his clients are in the mission and purpose phase, and draws on his corporate and agency recruiting background when they are in the campaign, interview, and negotiation phases. Prior to joining Keystone in 2008, he recruited and advised leaders, individuals, and teams in financial services and technology firms ranging from partnerships to large global enterprises. He also worked for several years as an agency recruiter.

Colleen is a frequent presenter, appearing before MCLE, the Boston Security Analysts Society, Harvard Law School, MIT Sloan Boston Alumni Association, and the Boston Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators. She has also published articles on Thomson Reuters, Global Legal Post and Legal Management Magazine.
Colleen joined Keystone from law firm Choate, Hall, & Stewart, where she was Director of Legal Recruiting and Senior Manager of Professional Development. Prior to that, she was a career counselor at Boston University School of Law. Earlier in her career, Colleen was a litigator at the firm of Massery & Gillis. She is a CPI Master Career Transition Consultant.
Mary Aceto is a Consultant for Keystone Associates. In her role, Mary serves as strategist, business partner and career coach to professionals at all organizational levels. She is a seasoned HR professional and has worked in a diverse range of industries including retail, transportation, telecommunications, staffing and consulting.
Mary holds an MA in Counseling Education and degree BA in Sociology from Suffolk University.
Lisa Adams is a career management expert, job search specialist and leadership coach, providing knowledge and resources to professionals in job transition or new to management. For the past 10 years, Lisa has worked with hundreds of professionals, guiding them through outplacement and job search.

Prior to joining Keystone Associates, Bonnie directed a New England regional training program for a Fortune “Most Admired” financial services company, coaching entrepreneurs in developing their careers and launching their businesses. She is known for her intuitive listening and supporting professionals in getting very practical results.
Bonnie has an MEd in Counseling Psychology from Cambridge College. She is a Certified Professional Coach by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), was named “Career Coach of the Year – 2013” by ICF New England, and is a Certified Trainer and experienced group facilitator.
Taryn consults with professionals from a diverse range of industries, functions, and organizational levels. She brings over 12 years’ Human Resources experience across several industries including retail, manufacturing and defense. Most recently, she was HR Manager for a major defense contractor and led the career development and mentoring programs within a business unit.
Taryn is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and CPI Career Transition Consultant. She has an MA in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and completed her undergraduate work, concentrating in Psychology and Industrial and Labor Relations, at Kansas State University. Michelle M Rouse
Michelle is a Consultant in the Providence office. She provides career transition assistance, talent management, and counseling to her clients. She has extensive corporate experience as a senior human resources professional at Oracle and Biogen, including experience in managing her own human resources consulting firm. Her expertise encompasses employee relations, coaching, performance management, and recruitment. Michelle incorporates her human resources management experience with her strong business knowledge in helping clients successfully transition into new career opportunities or planning for retirement.
Michelle holds an MA in Communication Management from Emerson College and a BA in Human Resources Management from Simmons University. She is also a Certified New Horizons Coach.

Cris co-leads a team that ensures the efficient and effective delivery of Keystone Associates’ services. She brings over 20 years’ professional client-services to her role and is responsible for large-scale onsite notifications, on-site career centers, MomentumTM database accuracy, and reporting of candidate and program metrics.
Cris is responsible for the planning and forecasting of consultant resources. Her operational duties include expense and invoice processing for assessments and on-site notifications.
Cris joined Keystone in 1995 before moving into her client services role in 2009. Prior experience includes Wang Labs and Scudder Investments.
Patti co-leads a team that ensures the efficient and effective delivery of Keystone Associates’ services. Patti is responsible for all client report creation and development including program and survey results. She is also charged with monitoring, strategizing, and overseeing client outreach activity.
Prior to joining Keystone in 2012, Patti worked in direct mail marketing and fundraising. She specialized in project and client relationship management as well as team leadership.
With over 20 years’ client services experience, Patti also brings deep analytical skills to her expertise in reporting for client companies.
Laurie is a member of the Client Services team that ensures the efficient and effective delivery of Keystone Associates’ services. She brings over 15 years’ professional client-services experience to her role and is responsible for the administration of client reporting, assistance with on-site logistical planning, and client services follow-up.
Laurie is responsible for compiling and distributing multiple reports, processing consultant reporting and requests, and daily client outreach to confirm scheduled meetings.
Laurie joined Keystone in 2017, with prior experience at v-Ride and ITT Technical Institute. She has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
Elizabeth is a member of the Client Services team that ensures the efficient and effective delivery of Keystone Associates’ services. She brings five years’ experience in professional client services to her role. Elizabeth is responsible for initial outreach activity and schedules appointments between client and consultant. She is also responsible for ensuring the integrity of client information and assists with on-site logistical planning.
Prior to joining Keystone in 2017, Elizabeth worked in the healthcare field, as well as client services for a small design firm. Elizabeth demonstrates a team player mindset and proven ability to multi-task, execute priorities, and deliver results.
